Internet or internet Is 'Internet" proper noun? We can buy anything through the Internet. We can buy anything through the internet. Which one is correct?

Both are correct, but the lower-case version, with a small i, is more common nowadays. Unlike a trademark or name of an organisation, 'internet' is not a proper noun, so there really is no need to capitalise it. By the way, it's more usual to say 'on the internet' rather than 'through the internet'.
