"I'll travel Hongkong" is incorrect., so you can't say that. It sounds like you're trying to use 'Hongkong" as an adjective or adverb so the listener is going to be confused.

If you say "travel Hong Kong," maybe you will visit many different cities. If you say "travel to Hong Kong," maybe you will only visit one place.
