A. This is the name that belongs to me.
B. This is the name I created myself. [or by myself]
C. This is the name I created on my own. <-- this one is controversial the phrase "on my own" made popular by a pop song or at least brought back into use by a pop song. There are many different definitions given for this. Some people say it is a "possessive structure" used to indicate ownership and belonging, and should not be used with created made "by you". But most people would say it means the same as "created by myself"
"on my own" also means "being alone" which is why it is controversial and ambiguous in this context.
Of course you do not create names in the same sense as creating a piece of art etc. You are given your own name and you think of names for things, books, art etc you create.
