Is the following sentence correct?
I am 12 years old and I am in Primary Six.
Does "Primary Six" make sense? If so, does it mean " Grade Six in primary school"?

"I'm in the 6th grade" = American English
"I'm in year 6" = British English
"I'm in the 6th year/grade of primary school' is also a grammatically perfect sentence but sounds a little too formal, especially if spoken but a 12 year old.

In American English we'd say: I am 12 years old and in the sixth grade.
