Can I say"the park is cold" instead of "it is cold in the park"

Both are a little strange, but “the park is cold” is stranger. Parks are usually outdoors and their temperature is a result of the weather, not an attribute of the park. But you could say His office is cold. They keep the A/C on high. It’s cold in his office. They keep the A/C on high.
