Hi Vitor, it sounds pretty natural but I'd suggest just using one idiom at a time. Using just one at a time sounds more natural, in my opinion. Here are some examples of how you could use each other these idioms: Hey dude, quit pulling my leg. You can't be serious. Give me a break; stop joking around. Hope that helps.
