Do "a pioneering concept" and "crudely made" make sense?
Can I say,
"Fashion designers lead the fashion trend with their pioneering concepts"?
And which words should I use to describe a piece of garment that is "crudely made" by an inexperienced individual who is trying to make clothes?
Thank you for your input.

Yes, they both make sense. Other ways to say “crudely made” include in this context include: “The garment was poorly sewn.” “The sewing on the garment was amateurish.”
