I have bought a language package, but my teacher has been unavailable for 6 months. I have bought a language package. I have had one lesson, but sonce then, my teacher has been unavailable for 6 months. I feel trapped as I've paid up, but not been able to have lessons. Can I cancel the contract?

At the bottom of the web page, click on "support." You will find information on lessons and packages. The page for packages includes the following text: Package Termination You can submit a package termination at any time by pressing the Request to Terminate Package button.

No sabái que tal cosa podía pasar aquí en Italki, pensé que había mayor control con los profesores, gracias por compartir esta información. Espero que soluciones este problema y que te devuelvan lo pagado.
