can't wait for my exam to END?
Today is 22nd November and my exam ends on 2nd December. I said to a friend:
"I can't wait for my exam to end."
Is 'END' the correct word to use here? It sounds to me like I'm in the middle of an exam and waiting for it to end.

Literally, you are in the middle of one exam. Perhaps, you are doing a different section of the exam every day.
Or perhaps really, you are in the middle of "exams" - you have a number of them - in which case, just add -s and the sentence still sounds good.
