I have seen a book called 'like likes like' while surfing the web. So I really want to know the exact meaning.

It's a variant on the common phrase 'Like attracts like', which means that we tend to be drawn towards people who are are similar to ourselves. Here, the noun 'like' means 'things' (or people) which are similar'.
The title is kind of word play, but the meaning is clear - we like people who are similar to us.
