"오늘은 제가 당신의 사진 작가는 할거예요" is not right. The biggest problem is 는. 은/는 is used when you set the noun as the topic (i.e. it is the main thing you talk about, like what a photographer is, what the job involves, its history, etc) or set it apart from other things (like 은 in 오늘은). Here, the focus is on what you're going to do, not 사진 작가 itself. You can say 오늘은 제가 당신의 사진 작가(를) 할 거예요. It is more common not to include 를. You could also say: 오늘은 제가 당신의 사진 작가가 될 거예요 = Today, I am going to become (되다) / act as your photographer ('to become X' is X-가 되다, not -를 되다). I think this is a better way to express it.

이 문장이 화자가 다른 대상에게 정보전달만을 목적으로 한다면 '오늘은 제가 당신의 사진작가입니다.'라고 쓰면 될 것 같네요. 자연스럽게 직역하면 '오늘은 (제가) 당신의 사진작가입니다.' 라던지 '오늘은 제가 당신의 사진작가가 될 것입니다.' 정도로 쓰면 될 것같습니다.
