Is it ok to say " You remind me of the old me"?
Is it ok to say " You remind me of the old me"? What I am trying express is that someone has got a quality that I used to have, but now it is all gone probably because I changed.

To make that phrase sound more fluid you could say, “You remind me of how I used to be” or “You remind me of my past self”.

Yes, you can say "You remind me of the old me", but a little more clear to say "You remind me of my old me". Both are casual or informal expressions.
