How do you conjugate descriptive verbs in the 것 같아요 format? (past, present and future)

The descriptive verb is often called as adjective in Korean grammar. -ㄴ/은 is used for modifier present tense -ㄹ/을 is used for modifier future tense -었/았던 is used for modifier past tense. e.g. predicate : 날씨가 좋다 modifier present : 좋은 날씨 modifier past : 좋았던 날씨 modifier future : 좋을 것 같은 날씨 with 것 같아요. after 좋다. present : 좋은 것 같아요. past : 좋았던 것 같아요. future : 좋을 것 같아요. with 것 같아요. after 춥다(춥다->추운) present : 추운 것 같아요. past : 추웠던 것 같아요. future : 추울 것 같아요.
