Dear linguists, could you please explain us what is this topic about and show us a few examples? Is there any other appellation for this phenomenon? Thanks

If you stress a pronoun in the sentence, it will be pronounced normally.
If you don't stress a pronoun, it will be reduced to "weak form." For example,
HE wants to drink water. -> HE = /hiː/ -> You stress the word "he."
He wants to drink WATER. -> He = /hi/ -> You stress the word "water."
