I need to learn phrasal verbs, there are tons of them. So what is the best way to learn? Also I need to learn or I want to learn which one is correct?

Just stick with it? Just get into it? The sooner you start on it the sooner you will finish up? Make them into sentences that say something to you?

You need to fill in the form, or we won't action anything. Want - this is my desire, I wish to ... Consequently, generally "need" implies stronger. Sometimes "need" is used in contrast. I need to go to the bank, but I don't really want to go, it's always a chore.
