Warnets ( called Warung Internet as well ) are also internet cafes ,they are called so in Indonesia mainly ,it is equivalent to what you call " PC bang" in South Korea.

I have only heard "Warnet" used in relationship to online or computer games. Could you give us the context; tell us how you saw it used? I suppose it could be the name of a local internet cafe, somewhere in the world.
