For example, there is raining today so the university 推迟 sports meet. 拖延 is to say someone procrastinates 延迟 is to 推迟 to a later time 推延 is quite similar to 延迟 I feel the difference between 推延 and 推迟 is that 推延 usually describe making something keep happening until a later time, but 推迟 is to let something happen at a later time.
