"Communication" is an uncountable noun so it does not require an article. The correct version is "to have good communication with someone." For example: I have good communication with my boss and coworkers. My partner and I have good communication. Alternatively you could use "conversation" which is a countable noun. For example: I had a good conversation with my friends at the bar. My parents and I had a good conversation on Wednesday.
