Future Simple vs Future Perfect
We say:
"I will have finished my report by Monday."
But if I just want to say that ''I will come by 6 pm" (around 6pm) should I use Future Perfect or I can use Future Simple?

If you want to say your arrival time, you can either say 'I will be there around 6pm' OR 'I'll be there by 6pm'. The first is giving an approximate time, while the second option means that 6pm is the latest time that you will be there.
Hope it's clear!
