"Entice" means to attract or tempt by offering pleasure or an advantage.
"Induce" means to give rise to something or persuade someone to do something.
For example, you can "entice" someone to enter a store with free samples. If they enter the store, they have been "induced".
Enticing is the act of attracting someone regardless of whether it has been successful. Inducing is the act of enticing someone where it has been successful.
