Hello Hua, Abrogate and abolish essentially have the same meaning. Abrogate is used in legal and business terms rather than every day use. Examples: Our company has abolished a few policies that many employees did not agree with. This month, due to a breach of contract, we plan to abrogate our contract with our partner company.
