How to say "here you are" in French?
Hi all, I am wondering how to say "here you are" in French, in addition, is there any difference in the choice of words under "formal" and "informal" situations? Thank you very much!!!

Hi Jade,
The formal way of saying "here you are" in French would be "Te voilà !" or "Te voici !". The informal way, for example with a close friend, would probably be "Tu es là !" or "T'es là !". 🙂

Hi Jade,
If you mean "here you are" as to when you hand out something to someone, in informal French you coud say : Tiens! and formal French : Tenez! The verb TENIR.
You can also add : Le/las/les voici with the appropriate pronoun:
Example : Tiens, les voici. Tiens, le voici. Tiens, la voici.
J´espère que c´était utile,
Rocio
