Is this sentence correct? “I also had lunch late”? Or it should be: “ I also had late lunch”?

The first one is correct. If you wanted to use the second sentence, you could say, "I also had a late lunch." The difference is that "late" is adding information to "lunch" in my correction instead of adding information to "had" like in the first sentence (adjective vs. adverb). Hope that helps!
