In a formal setting there really isn't a direct translation. On TV, or in a meeting you might here "이제 본격적으로 시작하죠." The direct translation for this phrase is "Let's officially start." I here this phrase a lot on variety shows when they talk a lot about relevent or irrelevent topics before officially starting to talk about what is on the agenda for the program. If you gave more of a context I can give you a more precise translation.
