What does favour mean here?
Most songs are written about love or heartbreak, and I realized that by listening to these songs daily, I was conditioning myself to favour unrealistic expectations in my life

Hello Hazem,
here to "favour" is a verb, meaning to prefer, to desire, to want.
In this context, it it saying that by listening to unrealistic things in music, in songs, I am slowly changing and conditioning myself to favour (to prefer, to wish for, to expect) unrealistic expectations in my own life. Basically saying: by listening to unrealistic love songs, I am incorporating this thinking into my life and therefore it is making me to prefer/to desire/to expect unrealistic things also.
I hope that this helps, as always my friend, feel free to ask for clarifications. Best of luck!
