In Finnish in different situations you use different suffixes.
Oletko valmis? = Are you ready?
Onko sinulla kylmä? = Are you cold
Onko sinulla nälkä? = Are you hungry
For example if you want to say "I'm hungry"
It's "Minulla on nälkä."
Quick summary for you:
Oletko = Are you
Onko sinulla = do you have
(If you have more questions do not hesitate to ask them I would like to help. Also I'm a Finnish language learner)

onko sinulla is different then oletko sinä for example 'onko sinulla koulu' means do you have school? and 'oletko sinä oppilas' means are you a student. so basically onko sinulla means do you have and 'oletko sinä' means are you. hopefully this hepls.
