Soy de México, aquí High school se divide en “Secundaria” (grades: 7th, 8th, 9th) y “Preparatoria” (grades 10th, 11th, 12th). Espero que esto te ayude. Saludos!

1.Liceo 2. Instituto 3. Escuela secundaria 4. La preparatoria 5. Centro preuniversitario are the only ones I have heard of in Spanish-speaking countries.
