How can I say " God bless you" in japanese? Is it Osukara sama deshita? ^_^]

Because Christianity is not so common in Japan, I can't think of any equivalent expression for that. If the speaker is Christian, he/she can say like "あなたに神の祝福がありますように" as literal translation of "God bless you."

hmm.. This is a bit hard. We don't use such expression in Japan. Otsukare sama deshita is a phrase you say to someone after hard work/effort. It kind of means "You worked very hard, good on you!"or "good job!"
