(American) "Get bent!", "Shove it!"
(British) "Get stuffed!"

•a command, similar to "Go to hell!" (i.e. "Leave me alone!" "Go away!" etc.) Note: not considered especially vulgar, but usually considered inappropriate in more formal settings. Also bite my ass.

Very American TV soap language. It is about the highest level of vulgarity the censors will allow for daytime family TV...does anyone actually use that in real life? I guess maybe just not in my circle of friends.
