I'd basically agree with Strauss, Jr, but
Id use "topic" rather than "issue", as issue can have a negative aspect that I suspect is not in "议题".
Probably in total it would come out like
I think we should move on to the next topic on the agenda.
Let's move on to the next agenda topic.
On to the next topic on the agenda, ...
