Some jobs are so easy that almost anybody can do them. Other jobs require specialized training or talents, and the require that the "right man" be selected.

Now it is clear:) Job rotation could be a very effective method for choosing the most appropriate job for every individual employee. It is a mean to place the right man in the right job. It is also an opportunity to get trained in several departments in one enterprise or firm to have an overall outlook, that promotes integrity between all departments in that firm .
