Here are a few possibilities (depending on situation): 
Veux-tu du thé ou du café? 
Est-ce q'on préfère le thé ou le café? 
Voulez-vous du thé ou du café? 

My French is rather rusty and tends to be Cajun-ish, but all of these sentences "feel right", anyway.  With these three sentences, I am demonstrating three different formality levels, as well some subtle distinctions in what exactly is being asked (do you want...? would you like...?  which of the two do you prefer?).

Voulez-vous du café ? ou peut-être du thé ? More polite

Lequel préférez-vous? Le thé ou le café? 
Voulez-vous du thé ou du café? 
Préfèrez-vous du thé ou du café?
