Actually "I don't do my homework" is bad English! It should be " I didn't do my homework". Sounds pidgeon to me.

Hi! It means you stopped doing a music arrangement in your videos. ----- Don't do .... DO is the auxiliary in the Simple Present. To negate a sentence in this tense you need to use Do + not then the verb (In this case Do)... I do my homework. (Means you do) I don't do my homework. ( Means you not) Do you do your homework? (I am asking if you do it)
