hi! I think, both variants are correct but the second one is more common.

In English you say: "Tell me please" or "Please tell me".
In Russian  we say the same :" Скажи (скажите) мне пожалуйста" or "Пожалуйста, скажи (скажите) мне."
However,  in Russian you may  easily throw away pronoun "мне". It is normal and a little bit informal.

Agree with anny but... In addition, I'd like to say that "пожалуйста" is a parenthesis so it should be marked out with commas. Like this: "Скажите мне, пожалуйста, ..." or "Скажите, пожалуйста, ..."
