She's tall, slim and young with short, dark, curly hair.
or
She's a tall, slim, young woman with short, dark, curly hair.
In English, adjectives go in a certain order. It sounds more natural this way.
The order is: size; age; colour; origin; material (more or less)
e.g.
A little, old, blue and white, Chinese, porcelain vase.

Correction:
She is a young, slim and tall woman with dark, short, curly hair.
(For formal writing it is better to say 'she is' rather than 'she's'.
