Perhaps you should open a book first, then ask about difficult stuff. That question is too elementary.

Was is singular and applies to one person.
Were is plural and applies to more than one person. (except in singular "you were")
eg I was ready, but you three were not ready.
"Were" is also the past subjunctive of the verb "to be" for all persons
i.e. "If I were in charge, I would fire her." "If she were here, you would see her." "I wish I were rich."
WAS is singular and WERE is plural.

Do and Does are both verbs from the verb "to do."
Do is used for the first person singular& plural: " I do," "we do".
The second person singular & second person plural is "you do".
Now the third person singular would be "he/she does", different from the third person plural which is "they do".
Examples: I do my homework everyday ,we do our homework, everyday you do your homework ,everyday you guys do your homework, everyday Tommy does his homework everyday. They do their homework everyday.
