China doesn't use daylight saving time, but how would you say "change the clocks, [for daylight saving time]"?

I suppose the sentence in Chinese should be: 把时钟调整为夏令时。 Actually, China used to adopt daylight saving time for several years in 1990s. It was terminated when people found that the clock change could only cause confusing.......

we don't have to change clocks. so i don't think there is a sentence in chinese could express that. “把时钟改为夏令时”is alright. but i think most chinese still don't know what it means.
