Verticality is property of being vertical, or a line running up down. See the illustration. Any thing that stands straight like that is said to be vertical I I I Perpendicularity, on the other hand, is being perpendicular. A perpendicular is two lines that form a right angle. Like the one below: | | |_ _ _ _ If one object forms an L-shape with another, it said to be perpendicular with it.

Hello, 'Verticality' refers to the position of an object or anything at right angles to the horizon, in an upright position. 'Perpendicularity' means the same in a vertical ,upright, straight position to the surface of another plane.
