I wonder the use of "follow around"..
Have you been following me around ?Here, Is there something different than "follow me ", if so, what's it ?
I appreciate your answer to it.

follow someone around/about to follow someone wherever they go, especially in a way that annoys them
Like a stalker :)
example:
"It is illegal to follow around and stalk someone" , she said
Henry’s been following me around like a puppy!

The point is what "around" means, nothing to do with the verb per se.
