"発狂する" is OK. There are several other choices: "狂う(kuru-u)" "おかしくなる(okashi-ku-naru)". I'm afraid "どうかしてる" does not mean "go mad". "どうかしてる" states a state of "mad" or "wrong" so that the topic is already went mad. "どうかする" means "go mad" but little bit unusual.

한국어의 "미쳤어"가 어떤 뉘앙스를 가지는지 정확히 모르겠지만 또 상황에 따라 다를 수도 있는데 "どうかしてる" 라고 번역할 수 있을 것 같기도 해요
