I've known that " choosy", "picky", "fussy" have a same meaning. Is it correct?
If They are not same, What's the diffrence of the meaning?

Yep, they're the same.

They are all very similar. Typically, we tend to use "fussy" and "picky" with food and "choosy" and "picky" with romance. For example:
He's a very fussy eater--he only likes around seven different vegetables!
She wants to get married, but I think she's too picky.
