I think you shouldn't think too much what the best possible course is. Just get one and go through with it till the end. And here is why: If you think too much about quality you will always have doubts about the course. In the end you don't learn much - and you will blame the course. This is totally counterproductive! It's better to believe in a course and get out of it as much as possible! That said, Harrap seems to be a well known company. Go for it!
