On an application form, this is asking you to write the name of the job you did for a company. For instance, 'Accountant', 'Tea Lady', 'Clerk', 'Administrator', 'Teacher'.
Sometimes, if there is enough space, you would also write a brief description of what you did in that job.

Is this something on a form?
They are probably asking you to say a job you had in the past. On a form, "job held" is a short way to say, "What job did you hold?" In conversation we say "have a job," but people often use "hold" in writing in job applications.
