Honestly, that is no short cut for your path, but in fact, that is many methods and programs that make it fun and less boring. One tip is try to training your listening, watching a lot series (with subtitles of course). After that try learn those words that you don't know. This is one of many ways to improve your english.

Hi Valery, find yourself a language partner on italki and get talking to them in English. I would also suggest you take some lessons with teachers on here as well. How long will it take to learn and start speaking will depend on how much effort you put in.

It may vary from student to student. And I'm a student, learning the English language. And for me, it's the Preposition that bother me (but not that much !).

Hi Valery.I think it can be very difficult to learn alone unless you are very determined,disciplined and motivated.You can try learning words of songs,watching movies with translation and reading a lot.However,if you never talk to another person,listen and exchange dialog with them,you will never really learn how to speak well,in my opinion.
