Hello,
It will be like this: "بعد از گرفتن نامه ی پذیرشم از دانشگاه،سریع به مامان و بابام زنگ زدم."
another sentence you can use is "نامه پدیرشم که اومد، سریع زنگ زدم به مامان و بابام.". it is not an exact translation of your sentence but it seems more natural to me.
