So far, each friend I have asked has given me a different word, each that could mean something different. I have had different people tell me 私汤，浴池 ，泡澡桶，木桶，温泉， 浴缸，and 泡澡. 温泉 is hot springs. 浴缸 is a bath tub. The activity of bathing is 泡澡.
