Ciao, certamente dipende dal contesto linguistico, ma io direi "non perdere tempo". Esempi: 1/ Per non perdere tempo è meglio prendere la macchina. 2/ Se non vuoi perdere tempo, inizia ad organizzare meglio il tuo tempo. Buona giornata!
