After a period of pressing myself to work harder, I finally have a me time. However, I find myself scrolling a bit at a time. Even though it is only for some minutes, I don't like to waste time like that at all. I will try my best to better myself every day.

After a period of pressing myself to work harder, I finally have some "me" time. However, I confess that I do occasionally let my guard down and allow myself to slip away into Scrolling Land. After just a few minutes (honest!) I catch myself and return to Virtue. I don't like to waste time like that at all. I will try my best to better myself every day. I mean it. Trust me.
Love your little essays, Molly.
Your use of "me" is wrong, but as you probably know, that doesn't mean you can't say it. You are safer if you put it in quotes to show people that you know it is a mistake. Quotes allow you to get away with all kinds of bad grammar. Just don't do it too often.
I've given you some examples of ways to invent proper nouns. There is no place called "Scrolling Land", but you can invent one. Since it is the name of a place, it needs to be capitalized, just like "Vietnam". Notice also that I also capitalized "virtue" to make it also look like a place. So you have added two new places to your travel list, Scrolling Land and Virtue.

After a period of pushing myself to work harder, I finally have some me-time. However, I find myself scrolling little by little. Even though itâs only for a few minutes, I donât like wasting time like that at all. Iâll try my best to improve myself every day.
Key Corrections & Why: 1. âpressing myselfâ â âpushing myselfâ âą âPush myselfâ is the common phrase for working harder. âPressing myselfâ sounds unnatural. 2. âa me timeâ â âsome me-timeâ âą âMe-timeâ is usually uncountable, so âsomeâ fits better. A hyphen makes it clearer. 3. âa bit at a timeâ â âlittle by littleâ âą âLittle by littleâ sounds more natural in this context. 4. âfor some minutesâ â âfor a few minutesâ âą âA few minutesâ is the correct way to express a small amount of time. 5. âto better myselfâ â âto improve myselfâ âą âBetter myselfâ is okay, but âimprove myselfâ is more natural and commonly used. Short Tip: Use common collocations like âpush myself,â âa few minutes,â and âimprove myselfâ to sound more natural. Keep practicing small refinements like these, and your writing will keep getting smoother!

After pressuring myself to work harder for some time, I finally have a bit of time for myself. However, I find myself scrolling (through social media?) from time to time. Even though it is only for a few minutes, I don't like to waste time like that at all. I will try my best to improve myself every day.
