I have no idea how long she sleeps, maybe 2 to 5 hours every night. I think you were trying to practice listing but I believe that writing it this was is more appropriate. If you do want to list I believe it's best to say something like," I have no idea if she sleeps 2 or 3 hours at night." just make sure that the hours are sequential (2 or 3, 7 or 8,etc) if you are using or. When using to you can use a range of numbers. As for myself, I sleep 8 hours and I still want to take a nap at noon. Because of her, I think I should sleep less. 8 hours should be enough for me.
