Hi please help. She couldn't mope around the house for another three weeks - rainy weather or not. "For another three weeks" is it happened in this sentence or another three weeks coming?

This sentence is talking about what will happen for three weeks in the future. But using the word "another" does tell us that she has already spent some time "moping around the house" -- maybe one day, maybe several days, maybe weeks. (In contrast: "She couldn't mope around the house for the NEXT three weeks" does not give us any information about whether she has already spent time "moping around the house").
